Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged upon arrival.
